Kiah Country Gardens Bed & Breakfast offers two standard en suite rooms and one deluxe en suite room all with shared kitchen and cooking facilities as well as BBQ facilities.

We have two standard rooms which include a shared kitchen / cooking area and lounge room. Standard rooms also include:

Deluxe Room
Our Deluxe room is the newest addition to our establishment, taking in the best views of Kiah Country Gardens, you should be sure that your stay in the Deluxe room will be a delight.

Open Living area, dining room and kitchen
Included with all rooms is use of the our open Kitchen and cooking facilities, BBQ cooking facilities, dining area (indoors & outdoors), TV, DVD player, CD player, refrigerator, utensils, cutlery and most other essentials you will need during your stay.
Also available for use by our Guests is our 3 hole golf course, 18 hole mini golf course (coming soon), Hazelnuts when in season.
We are very flexible with our facilities, if you have children and wish to utilise fold out mattresses for your stay without the added expense of an extra room, then we are more than happy to accommodate this. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
